For lasting, healthy hair we recommend the following:
✓ Hair should be shampooed and conditioned no less than every two weeks
✓ You should get a trim every 6 to eight weeks.
✓ You should cold wash you hair if your wearing natural hair styles more than you shampoo, to help with moisture in the hair
✓ Its recommended that you give your hair (edged) a break after you wear a weave or braids or styles that requires tension.
✓ We also do recommend using sponge rollers, they can cause severe breakage around the edges and nape of hair
✓ No style at all should last over 2 months. Braids, extensions or weaves should be taking down or out after 8 weeks some earlier depending on client. The hygiene and health of the scalp and hair are at risk.

How long should I wear a weave?

A weave can be worn up to 6 to 8 weeks.

How long should I wear my individual braids?

It's recommended that braids be worn 6 to 8 weeks.

What do I do if my hair is shedding short, medium and long pieces?

Consult your hair dresser so they can determine where the shedding is coming from.

How do I take care of my braids?

Use a satin or silk scarf to tie your hair up at night. Add moisturizers as needed.

Should I wash my hair before I get my hair braided?

Yes, you should wash your hair 3 times and condition it before your appointment.

Important Notes

  • Please do not book me if you are in a rush. I give each client the required time for service provided.
  • Please arrive on time to your appointment, as there will be a $15.00 late fee added if you are 15 minutes late. If you will be more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and charges will be applied.
  • All frontals, closures, and wigs must be dropped off at least 48hrs prior to your appointment for customizations ( No exceptions ). Be sure to add your name and appt date and time to hair packaging. If ordering online you can send the hair directly to me. Please bring a nude wig cap for your installation.
  • No kids or extra people allowed during appointments unless they are being serviced. I service children ages 7-14.
  • If you have any questions you may text or email me and I will respond within the hour.
  • Once you pay your deposit I will send you the address.

Cancellation Policy

You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 25% of service price for late cancellations and 50% for no shows.
